做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐(yán )捞出后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
