做(zuò )法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
