做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
