做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山(shān )和(hé )薏(yì )米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一(yī )小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里(lǐ )的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一(yī )个半小时(shí ),下盐调味即可品尝。 -
