做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
