做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六(liù )成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清(qīng )水,放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材料(liào ),武火(huǒ )煮沸,转中小火(huǒ )煲一个半(bàn )小(xiǎo )时,下盐(yán )调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
