做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在(zài )锅上擦一(yī )遍,放两(liǎng )勺油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼(yú ),煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放入(rù )煎煮好的(de )鲫鱼和其他(tā )材(cái )料(liào ),武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火煲一个半小时(shí ),下盐调味即可品尝。 -
