做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
