做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
