做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。
