做法:春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的(de )时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
