做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
