做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
