做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
