做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
