做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
