做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂(liè )一小块姜(jiāng ),热(rè )锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅(guō )上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼(yú )和其(qí )他材料(liào ),武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时(shí ),下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
