做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。
