做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
