做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
