做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
