做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
