做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。
