做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用(yòng )清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜(jiāng ),热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的(de )鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小时,下盐(yán )调味(wèi )即可品(pǐn )尝(cháng )。 -
