做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清(qīng )水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块(kuài )在锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放(fàng )入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和(hé )其他材(cái )料,武火(huǒ )煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时,下(xià )盐调味即可品尝。 -
