做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
