做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入(rù )少量清水半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
