做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大(dà )火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
