做法(fǎ ):春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬干的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
