做法(fǎ ):洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲(bāo )里(lǐ )的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火(huǒ )煮沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一(yī )个半(bàn )小时,下盐调味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
