做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净(jìng )淮山和薏米。用清(qīng )水把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜(jiāng )块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的(de )鲫(jì )鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时(shí ),下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
