做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
