做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
