做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
