做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山(shān )和薏(yì )米。用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小块姜(jiāng ),热(rè )锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个(gè )半小时,下盐调味即可(kě )品尝。 -
