做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
