做法:春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )焖(mèn )。 -
