做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖(mèn )。 -
