做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后(hòu )用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
