做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
