做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼(yú ),洗净淮山(shān )和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块(kuài )在锅上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水(shuǐ ),放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫鱼(yú )和其他材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一个半小(xiǎo )时,下(xià )盐调味即可品尝。 -
