做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
