做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼(yú ),洗(xǐ )净(jìng )淮山和薏(yì )米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待(dài )油六成热下(xià )鱼(yú ),煎(jiān )至微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
