做(zuò )法:春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
