做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快(kuài )熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。
