做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后(hòu )用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
