做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。
