做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快(kuài )熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
