做法:春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
