做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
